How do I register for CU Online?

Alternatively you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the account signup page here
  2. Create a username - This should be something which is easy to remember but not something which is directly linked to your account. Your username should be at least 6 charateres long and include at least 1 letter and number exculding spaces.

    We recommend you do not use:

  3. Enter your account number - Enter the account number given to you by the Credit Union. If you do not have one you must join the credit union first.
  4. Enter your personal details
    • Name - Enter your name as it appears on your account
    • Date of birth - Enter your DOB in the format dd/mm/yyyy
    • Mobile number - Enter your contact telephone number
    • Email address - You must have a valid e-mail address to register for online access. Your e-mail address must be your own and cannot already be in use by another Credit Union member. Couples using a joint e-mail address who wish to view individual accounts must have separate e-mail addresses in order to sign up
  5. Create a password - Passwords must include at least 1 letter and number. This will be used as a security question when logging into CU Online.
  6. Wait for your PIN to arrive - PINs will be issued to you via a secure PIN mailer sent by post. This should be changed to one of your own choosing as soon as possible
  7. (WILL NEED CHANGED LATER ON)

How do I log out of CU Online?

To log out click on the log off icon Log off Icon located on the left hand side. Due to security reasons it is very important that you log out when you are finished using CU Online

How do I view my balances?

When you first login you will see your balances which are on the accounts page.

How do I withdraw funds from my account via EFT or by cheque?

Please note that this facility may not be available at your credit union.

How do I view my statements / Transactions?

View account transactions

The most recent month will be displayed. You can view transactions between a particular time period by selecting the date picker. You can also choose to filter transactions on a particular month and year.

How do I view my Loan Balances?

View Loans

Loan history is displayed on the right hand side and can be filtered by specific dates, month and year.

How do I use the loan calculator?

You can find the loan calculator page by clicking on loans icon on the left hand side then loan calculator on the top right.

How do I apply for a Loan Online?

If you wish to apply for a loan with the Credit Union you can do so online. Be sure to pay due attention to the information that is required in the application. A failure to do so may result in your application being rejected. Once your application is reviewed by the Credit Union you will be notified of the result via the messages section of CU Online.

How do I Find Out if I have been Approved for a Loan?

Once you have applied for a loan online, the details of your application are sent securely to the Credit Union for review. Once a decision has been made, a message will be sent to your CU Online inbox. To view your messages, click login to CU Online and click on, Messages icon on the top right of the page.
